AI-ready digital growth studio

Be the brand AI recommends.

Search is becoming answers: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and the agents acting for your customers. We make sure it’s your name in the answer, keep it there, and show you the count every week. You don’t have to touch a thing.

  • which Toyota dealer near me has the best prices? Three dealers come up, but Your Dealership is the strongest pick. Their site lists live inventory with prices, shows this month’s specials, and recent reviews mention no surprise fees at signing. Want me to check if the trim you want is in stock?
  • who’s the best injury lawyer near me? A few firms come up, but Your Firm stands out. They handle car accident and slip-and-fall cases, offer a free consultation, and only charge if you win. Recent reviews mention clear communication and fast callbacks. Want me to check if they’re taking new cases?
  • which dentist near me takes my insurance? Your Practice lists your plan as in-network on their site, is accepting new patients, and shows openings this week. Reviews from the last few months mention short waits and gentle cleanings. I can pull up their booking page if you’d like.
  • my AC died, who can fix it today? Your Company offers same-day AC repair and is open until 8 tonight. Their site lists the service area and the diagnostic fee up front, and reviews mention technicians arriving inside the quoted window. Want their number?
  • what’s the best one of these, and where do I buy it? For most people the mid-range model is the best value, and Your Store has it in stock with free shipping over $50. Their product page lists full specs and a 30-day return policy, which made it easy to compare against the others.

The shift

Search is changing shape.

For twenty years, being found meant a blue link. Now the answer arrives before the click: Google summarizes, ChatGPT recommends, and agents compare options on your customer’s behalf. Rankings still matter. They’re just no longer the finish line. The businesses winning this are the ones machines can read, trust, and cite.

This isn’t a bet on the future. People who find you through AI have already done their comparison shopping before they ever click, so they show up ready to act. These numbers come from measured traffic, not projections, and we’ve stated them as counts wherever the source allows, because that’s how we report to you too.

  1. Clicks per 100 Google searches

    8 vs 15

The answer is eating the click.

Are you GEO-ready?

When AI answers, is it your name?

Traditional search is shrinking. AI overviews answer questions before anyone reaches a website, and more buyers skip the search bar entirely, asking ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity to research and compare for them.

If machines can’t read, quote, and navigate your site, you’re invisible to the fastest-growing channel there is. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) fixes that. Most sites aren’t ready. Every site we ship is.

Every site we ship 0 of 5
  • llms.txt that introduces your brand to AI assistants
  • Structured data machines can parse: offers, pricing, proof
  • Answer-ready content assistants can quote and cite
  • Agent-friendly UX an AI can navigate, compare, and act on
  • Entity consistency everywhere AI looks: Google Business Profile, citations, data

What you see

You don’t have to do anything. Except look.

Every plan watches the questions your buyers ask ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, and Gemini, every week, and tells you in counts: 9 became 14, not “up 55%”. A short PDF lands at the end of each week, a fuller one at the end of each month, and you can pull a report for any date range whenever you like.

A dashboard is there when you want to look. Nobody on your team has to install, learn, or run anything.

Example report Week of Sep 21 to 27
  1. Questions we track 40 40 no change
  2. Questions that name you 9 14 +5
  3. Questions that name a competitor instead 24 19 −5
  4. Visits from AI assistants 241 312 +71
  5. Leads from those visits 27 41 +14

Who we help

Built for how your customers search.

Discovery is shifting from search results to AI answers in every industry, and the pain looks a little different in each one. Here’s what it is, what we do about it, and what you’ll see in the report.

  1. “which Toyota dealer near me has the best prices?”

    Car dealerships

    The pain
Ask ChatGPT for a dealer and it names Cars.com, CarGurus, and the group down the road. You pay those sites for leads that started as your customers.
    What we do
We make your inventory, pricing, service hours, and reviews readable to AI, and keep your name in the answers buyers in your area actually ask for.
    What you see
Which questions name you, which name a competitor, and how many visits and leads came from AI this week.

Who we are

Before you call

Five questions we get every week.

How long until AI search starts recommending us?

Two different clocks. Technical readiness moves fast: once a site is crawlable, has structured data and an llms.txt, and answers questions plainly, engines that fetch pages live can pick it up within days to weeks. In one controlled test on an established domain, Google’s AI Mode cited about a third of new pages within 24 hours and ChatGPT about 4 in 10 within a month; newer or thinner sites are slower. Being recommended by name for “who should I hire” questions is the slower clock, because it rests on reviews, mentions on other sites, and consistent business details everywhere AI looks. Plan on three to six months of steady work for that, longer in a crowded market. We measure it every week so you can see the curve, not just the finish.

What does our team have to do?

Give us access once, then nothing. We connect Search Console and analytics, run the checks, make the fixes on Grow and Lead, and send the reports. If we need something from you, like a photo, a price, or a yes on a new page, it comes as one short email. Most clients spend under an hour a month with us, and some spend none.

How do you measure success?

In counts you can check. How many of the questions we track name you this week, how many name a competitor, how many visits came from AI assistants, and how many of those turned into calls, forms, or bookings. We never report “up 250%” on its own, because 4 becoming 14 is a very different story from 400 becoming 1,400. Every report shows both numbers.

How much does it cost?

Three monthly plans. Watch is $750 a month: we track whether AI and Google name you, and report it. Grow is $2,500 a month: everything in Watch, and we make the fixes. Lead is $5,000 a month: everything in Grow, plus new content, competitor tracking, and conversion work. Prices are per business location. A new website is priced once: $2,500 for a landing page, $20,000 for a full site, each with 90 days of Watch included.

Why monthly instead of one-time projects?

Because the work is never done. AI answers change every week, competitors publish, reviews arrive, and business details drift. A one-time fix is right on the day it ships and wrong a month later. A plan keeps you in the answer and shows you the count. We still offer one-time work at the bottom of the pricing page for teams that want to run with it themselves.
